SOUL BRANDS SAS makes shipments to all the municipalities of the Colombian territory through our shipping channel that guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you want.
The shipping time of the products will be 5 to 8 business days depending on the destination. **
Shipping times start counting from the confirmation of the purchase, for payments with credit and debit / PSE cards, the payment platform PAYU / PAYPAL / 2CHECKOUT must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take up to one business day. When the payment is approved, you will receive an email confirming it.

The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the transporter's guide will suffice.

Shipping of orders is free throughout the country.

Changes or returns
- You must take into account that:
- Changes will be made as long as the garment or item is in perfect condition.
- Changes will always be made at the value at which they were purchased.
- SOUL BRANDS SAS will be in charge of managing the return of the package.

If you wish to make the change through www.daniellabatlle.com, within 5 days after receiving the product, you must contact the SOUL BRANDS SAS Customer Service area at whatsapp + 57 320 8652731 (Monday to Friday from 8 am-5pm), through our email firstname.lastname@example.org and through our website www.daniellabatlle.com
Once you have requested the return of your product, you can choose between the following options:
- Product change by size or color: changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or greater than the original, the change will be subject to inventory availability. (If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be sent in a voucher to make a new online purchase).
- Money back. (only applies for warranty claim reasons).
- Once the change request is filed with the necessary data, a date is scheduled for collection through our shipping channel according to the day you can deliver the product to the carrier.
- When you deliver the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packed. You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your preference, however it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transport process.
- It is important that you keep in mind that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good condition and clean and with its original labels.
The times for the change, discriminated for each modality, according to the policy of SOUL BRANDS SAS are:
- Product change by size or color: it will be dispatched 3 to 5 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and from this moment the same times apply as for a normal delivery and you will owe the shipping cost.
- Money back:
- Through transfer: it is done approximately within five business days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
- Through payment reversal: thirty business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
- Once the conditions of the product are verified, SOUL BRANDS SAS will have three business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here to make the change for size or color or money back (only applies to warranty claims )
